This complete mounting kit is the official installation hardware for Bafang BBSHD and BBS0102B mid-drive motors. The package includes mounting bracket, lock rings, high-torque bolts, thread-locking fasteners and gaskets, designed for secure motor fixation on 68mm,100mm and 120mm bottom bracket frames. Perfect for new motor installation or worn mounting hardware replacement.

Compatibility

✅ G320 Kit: For Bafang BBSHD 48V 1000W mid drive motor

✅ G340 Kit: For Bafang BBS01 / BBS02 (BBS0102B) mid drive motor

✅ Fits frame bottom bracket: 68mm /100mm /120mm

❌ Not compatible with Bafang M/G series mid motors or hub motors.

✅ Simple Direct Replacement: Matches original mounting geometry, directly replaces old broken or rusted BBS mount hardware.

Important Notes

⚠️ Please select the correct version: G320 for BBSHD; G340 for BBS01/BBS02. Two kits have different bolt sets.

⚠️ Recommended torque: 25–30 N·m for lock rings. Do not over-tighten to avoid thread damage.

⚠️ Only mounting hardware kit included. Motor, frame, chainring and other drivetrain parts are NOT included.

⚠️ Professional ebike mechanic installation is recommended.
